Apocalypse Halloween Truck Festival will be held 5-10:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at The Bakersfield Speedway off Chester Ave. Interactive activities such as live zombies, throwing plasma balls, rides with professional drivers, jeep crawls and more. 13th Annual Bakersfield College Fundraising Tennis Dinner at 6 p.m. Oct. 30 inside the BC Cafeteria. The get-together will start at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m. Tickets for dinner cost $40 and raffle and drink tickets will be sold with all proceeds going directly back to the Bakersfield College Tennis Foundation.
