BC President Sonya Christian hosted the fourth President’s Virtual Seminar Series on March 4, to discussed and update information on the BC Vaccination clinic, results of a college-wide survey, and vaccinations and higher education. The panel also included updates from Director of Student Life, Nicky Damania.
Christian said so far, several 100 BC faculty and staff have had their first dose of the vaccine since the opening of Phase 1B.
“It’s our priorities is the health and safety of student, staff and faculty. There are unique times, and we need to use caution and common sense as we implement the reopening of our campus,” Damania said. “Lots of President seminars we are engaging in conversations and fees techniques that we need to engage with ourselves to make sure we’re keeping ourselves and others safe. Things are changing rapidly. New studies are coming out weekly so just keep in be mindful and watch for these things as they come through. We will try to update you with the most information that we can at all times.”
