College of the Canyons game ends in tie

Bakersfield College’s womens soccer team played the ball aggressively on both ends but came away with a 0-0 tie against College of the Canyons at home on Nov. 6.

The Renegades came close to the net twice within the last seven minutes of the first half when Yesenia Sorto and Hailee Sliter shot just inches left of the goal.
Goalkeepers from both teams controlled their territory when BC and Canyons College got their chances near the end of the game for a go-ahead score
